Cleveland, OH – May 9, 2014 – Primus Capital Funds is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Hess to Director.
Ron has been with Primus for seven years and has served as a Principal since 2011. He focuses primarily on investments in financial technology and adjacent industries. Ron joined Primus in 2007 and has been involved in the investments in Cardinal Commerce, PartsSource, PathGroup, SterilMed (acquired by Ethicon Endo-Surgery), Vendormate and G2 Web Services, where he serves as a director.
Prior to joining Primus, Ron worked in investment banking as part of the Global Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Lehman Brothers in New York. He earned a BA cum laude in Economics and History from Middlebury College, and has completed coursework at the University of Oxford.
Ron is also a director of the Achievement Centers for Children, a Cleveland-based, non-profit organization serving disabled children and their families.
