Lynda Talgo comes aboard as the company’s Chief Operating Officer (“COO”), Drew Weinstein joins as Chief Growth Officer (“CGO”), and David Herron assumes the role of Chief Legal Officer (“CLO”).
Talgo has more than two decades of experience leading key initiatives for Fortune 500 companies and is an expert in launching and scaling programs that transform the customer experience and business results. Following a successful career with Hewlett-Packard in strategic business development, Talgo joined eBay in 2005 where she went on to hold several executive roles including Vice President, Global Managed Marketplaces. An inspiring leader, Talgo has a track record of building high-performance teams that understand the fundamental needs of customers. As Hyperwallet’s COO, Talgo will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, including Product, IT, Customer Service, and HR.
Weinstein has more than 15 years of experience as a business leader, advisor, and corporate attorney. After leading a product development consultancy sponsored by Visa, Weinstein co-founded and served as CEO of Sequent Software Inc., a secure mobile commerce platform. Weinstein practiced law at White & Case and Loeb & Loeb, and has significant experience investing in, and advising, financial technology companies. In his role as CGO, Weinstein will be responsible for driving growth and innovation initiatives at Hyperwallet, as well as corporate development and strategy.
Herron comes to Hyperwallet with nearly 20 years of legal experience, of which the last 12 years were with U.S.-based payments processor Vantiv. Over the course of his long career with Vantiv, Herron served as SVP & Chief Legal Counsel providing strategic legal and business counsel to its executive management, lines of businesses, and operating functions through numerous significant growth events including the company’s parent separation, IPO, and many acquisitions. His extensive payments experience in growth environments gives him a unique and valuable perspective on the complex challenges faced by outbound payments organizations. As Hyperwallet’s CLO, Herron will be responsible for all legal matters, including compliance and risk management.
