Cleveland, OH & Atlanta, GA – November 15, 2016 – Primus Capital (“Primus”) announced today that it has closed the sale of its portfolio company, Emmi Solutions (“Emmi”), a provider of technology-enabled patient engagement solutions for the healthcare industry, to Wolters Kluwer (AEX:WKL). Primus had been an investor in Emmi since acquiring the company in December 2012.
