JOHN GRAYSON

John joined Primus in 2018 and is based in the Atlanta office. Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an analyst in the Technology & Services investment banking group at Raymond James, where he completed sell-side transactions for growth-focused companies in the financial technology and IT services verticals. John graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, receiving a BS in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Accounting.

At Primus, John is actively involved with the firm’s investments in BizLibrary, Cayuse, CORL, Healthcare Bluebook, and Lightbeam Health Solutions.
