JONATHAN E. DICK

Jon joined Primus in 1991. His primary focus is on the firm’s investment activities in vertical software with an emphasis on supply chain and logistics technology. He has also been very engaged in financial and human capital management technology and adjacent industries. Jon is actively involved with TrackVia. Some of his historical investments include CardinalCommerce Corporation (acquired by Visa, NYSE:V), ClearCompany (acquired by Gemspring Capital), Digital Analysis Corporation (acquired by CA Technologies, NASDAQ:CA), Focus Interactive (acquired by Ask Jeeves, NASDAQ:ASKJ), G2 Web Services (acquired by Verisk Analytics, NASDAQ:VRSK), Hyperwallet (acquired by PayPal, NASDAQ:PYPL), MBO Partners (acquired by Emerald Lake), Netchex (acquired by GrowthCurve Capital), Paycor (NASDAQ:PYCR), and Universal Tax Systems (acquired by CCH, a Wolters Kluwer business, AEX:WKL).

Prior to joining Primus, Jon served in various sales and sales management positions at International Business Machines and Lotus Development Corporation. He earned a BS in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University and a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Jon serves as a Director of Holden Forest & Gardens. He was a past Board Chairman at Holden Arboretum.
