MICHAEL COLETTI

Michael joined Primus in 2019 and is based in the Atlanta office.  Prior to Primus, he spent two years as an investment banking analyst at KippsDeSanto & Co. where he focused on sellside and buyside M&A advisory for growth-oriented Technology Solutions and Aerospace & Defense companies. Michael graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, receiving a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.

At Primus, Michael is actively involved with the firm’s investments in fusionZONE Automotive, LiquidityBook, Ordergroove, and Rev.io. Michael was previously involved with Top of Mind Networks (acquired by Black Knight, Inc., NYSE:BKI).
