MICHAEL COLETTI

Michael joined Primus in 2019 and is based in the Atlanta office.  He focuses on the firm’s investment activities in financial technology and adjacent industries.  Michael is currently a Director of HiBid and Reach and is actively involved with Matic, Ordergroove and Rev.io. His historical investments include fusionZONE Automotive (acquired by DealerOn), LiquidityBook (acquired by FactSet Research Systems Inc., NASDAQ: FDS), and Top of Mind Networks (acquired by Black Knight, Inc., NYSE:BKI).

Prior to joining Primus, Michael served as an investment banker at KippsDeSanto & Co. focused on M&A advisory for growth-oriented technology solutions and aerospace & defense companies. He graduated from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia, receiving a BS in Commerce with a concentration in Finance.
